Do I have to pay an ongoing fee?
Our basic package with three pages is just £400 + VAT, which includes free hosting and a UK domain for the first year. After the first year, hosting is £70 + VAT per year for as long as you want to keep your site online (plus the cost of domains at £20 + VAT each).
What are your payment terms?
Payment for your basic Weebo site of £400 + VAT is payable upfront, and we can't start work on your website until we receive it. Any additional charges for extra pages and other services will be billed after completion. Yearly charges like hosting will be due on the date your site was launched. View our full terms.

How long does it take to get my website?
Once we receive your payment and content, a standard Weebo site can be available in just 5 working days. Switching of your domain name can take longer and is dependent on your current provider (if you have one). It may also take longer if your site has a lot of extra features.
What happens when I order a new website?
If you want to go ahead with your Weebo site, we'll confirm what you need over the phone and issue an invoice for payment. One of our team will talk you through what you need to provide and any extra options, and you'll get a live site to approve while we're working. Read more about the Weebo process.
What if I don't have any text or images?
Don't worry. You may want to try our free guide to writing text to give you inspiration, or we can write the text for you. We can also source copyright-free images to give a professional look to your finished site.
What if I don't like what you produce?
We work very closely with you during the project to develop the site that you need, and each stage is defined by you. You choose the design and colours, and you can provide the content and images for the site, so it's up to you what site you get. However, once we start building your Weebo site, your payment is not refundable.

Will it do well on the search engines?
Weebo sites are optimised for search engines so that you stand a better chance of appearing when someone looks for your business. Read more on why Weebo is good for search engines.
Can I see how many people are using my website?
Yes. We can add Google Analytics to your site for a one-off fee of £50 + VAT. You'll then be able to view an online report of information such as how many people have visited your site (by hour, day, week, month or year), what pages they've viewed, what websites they've clicked from and what search terms they used to find you.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a full e-commerce website within the Weebo service yet. If you only have a few products, we can integrate your site with Paypal by providing 'buy it now' buttons and allowing your customers to pay by credit card on the Paypal site (they won't need a Paypal account). We are planning to launch an online shop version of Weebo in the future, so watch this space.
Do you offer hosting?
We provide hosting free for the first year with your Weebo site. You are required to use our hosting as long as your Weebo site is live (at £70 + VAT per year). If you just want hosting without a Weebo site, visit Bluelinemedia.
Can I have an email address?
Yes, you can have multiple email addresses on your account. If you have a huge number that we need to set up for you we may need to charge a one-off admin fee (in which case we'll warn you first). There is no ongoing cost for multiple emails.

How do I make changes to my site?
Just email or phone us with your changes and we'll make them for you. We can usually make your changes within 24 hours (or sooner if it's urgent), and offer a low price starting at £20 + VAT. See our prices page for more detail.

What if I want to switch to another company?
You can switch your domain to a new provider at any time, and if we buy it on your behalf we will always register you as the owner. However, it is not possible to take your Weebo site to another provider, for you or any third party agency to access your site to make changes, or for you to replicate the design we produce.
What support do I get?
We provide personal, expert support for as long as we host your Weebo site. Support for technical problems and hosting is included in your yearly fee, and for development or changes to your site we charge low maintenance prices. See our prices page for more detail.
